I've got to go out

But my right foot has grown the 10 horned beast of the apocalypse
And I can't put any weight on it

The left leg is good and knew knee is going great guns
But isn't up for hopping (and neither is my bra- say no more but could involve black eyes....!)

Think it's hoisty time

Its all that dancing round the park on it - the foot I mean, as to the bra there's many a day my shoulders have only allowed me to go out half dressed, |I just don't care about it any more.
Hope it improves soon
Best wishes
Sheila

My wretched foot has been misbehaving too!!! I usually put ice on it which helps but not this time. I have found putting a support soaked in water on the foot helps and keep the support wet, that seems to reduce the inflammation, if you can put up with a soggy foot......and black eyes. Last resort is a steroid injection into the foot?

Best wishes

Rebecca

Ouch Rebecca, its so awful when you can't put any weight on a joint. If the steroid jab is in the offing I'd go for it
Best wishes

Hi Jenni - hope the foot is better now. I'm just catching up with news from the past month, and hope you're OK.

Much love - Sylvia xx
